Are you planting out? Most taps on sites are now on. However, one or two are awaiting repairs. These are on Whitedown and Hawthorns sites. Please be patient, the council will be fixing soon, if not already done.
Alton Town Council are also trialling water toughs and have some on each site. These have been plumbed in and mean that you can drip a bucket in when you need too, regardless if someone is using a hose. Please remember to use water sparingly and use water butts and rainwater where possible. This will save the council and ultimately plot holders money in the longer term!
